- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
- Backordered Items: If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email with an estimated shipping date.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Restricted Locations: We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories, or international addresses.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage. We may require photos of the damage to process your claim.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: CPW Marketplace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, our customer service team is here to help.
